Black Scorpion Miniatures needed a full feature online store integrated with the HSBC ePayment gateway to serve their customers. In order to do this we used the open source eCommerce package osCommerce and added in custom elements to provide the extras needed.

The first step is to talk to us about what it is you want to do. We listen, ask questions to understand and listen some more. We don't tell you what you or your customers want, that is what we learn from our initial consult with you.
In the next step we will provide you with an initial proposal. This will cover what we believe is the best match to your needs and how long it will take as well as some wireframes to demonstrate how we envisage it working. If necessary we will rework this proposal with your feedback until you are satisfied.
Once you are happy with our proposal we will work up the initial templates and check that what we discussed and what we are producing matches up. After that it is just a matter of time before your new project will be online. We will of course consult with you throughout the process as needed and give you training on any systems which we build.
